For 35 years, the Sagesse Domestic Violence Prevention Society has been committed to disrupting the structure of domestic abuse in Alberta.
How? Through prevention and intervention in support of those impacted by abuse—as well as education and advocacy work to create large-scale societal change.
Through peer support, capacity-building workshops, REAL Talk presentations and a strong connection with other like-minded organizations, Sagesse is focused on eradicating domestic and sexual abuse in Alberta—and building healthy and sustainable communities across the province.
The Groggy Sundays believe community makes life better. It offers strength and support and creates a deeper sense of belonging.
That’s why we’ll be on stage Friday, Sept. 12 at 403 Local in support of Sagesse at its Music For Change event.

Join us and our pals from fellow local cover band Falussy for great food, cool drinks, sizzling tunes, and the knowledge that you’re helping to stamp out domestic abuse across the province.
We’ll get things going at about 6 p.m. Tickets are $20—they can be purchased via the QR code below, or the link above—and all funds raised support Sagesse’s work to end domestic abuse.
